Welcome Friends!

My name is Jennifer Florence and I am a very typical Montreal mom. I live in the suburbs, run a family business and shuffle my kids back and forth between play dates and activities.

I never knew this would happen but somewhere in the fog of the baby stage I lost myself. Once I was released from midnight feedings, diaper changes and sippy cups I realized I needed help. After much thought and self reflection, I created Montreal Runner Mom.

Montreal Runner Mom is an online and real life community that focuses on fitness, healthy living, personal motivation and how to balance it all as a working mom.

We are a support group for those just starting out on their fitness journey. A community of local runners and a source of inspiration to those who are looking to find their own unique voice in the midst of the chaos. We welcome health & fitness enthusiasts from all walks of life and have as a mission to promote wellness and healthy living for all.
